So after my Plan of Attack post, the question is how did I do at weigh in tonight?
I deliberately posted my week’s efforts before weigh in as the home scales were positively friendly this morning, but that can only be used as a guide really as I’ve eaten since then!
In recent weeks, after breakfast I’ve more or less fasted on weigh in day, but today I thought no, as I always come out of group hungry. Perhaps that was part of the problem.
I’ve had a normal breakfast, a turkey (2% fat) spaghetti bolognese (no syns as all free food) plus an Alpen bar (3 syns) and a banana. I shall have my dessert of meringue and black forest fruit with quark if I
feel I deserve fancy it when I get back tonight.
So without further ado, the
jury SW scale has cast it’s vote and………………………………
I have just finished my black forest meringue dessert.
I lost 3½ pounds so my efforts have borne fruit, so it’s only fitting that I have some!
