Weigh in tonight, the first since April 11th.
It will tell me the worst and what work I have cut out for me to get that coveted three stone certificate and reach target.
May is a five week weigh-in month, so I am giving myself until May 30th to achieve my goal.
I have drawbacks insomuch as our anniversary and my birthday next week, but I am not going to let those deter me. We can still have a meal out should we so wish, and many restaurants now replace fries with jacket potatoes and there is plenty of salad stuff available.
I am in better shape, literally, than I have ever been in my adult life.
I am feeling good and positive about myself, and restarted my food diary yesterday.
Hopefully my gain will not be too horrendous and now that I can get back to plan, who knows, maybe it will have had a kick-start and I can finally kick some diet-ass.
So, after another gain, this is where I start from my Weigh In tonight, ie. 2nd May:
Total weight to lose to certificate: 7½ pounds.
Total weight to lose to target: 10 pounds.
And so it begins………………..
