Memories from long ago came to haunt her and she started to shake.
It had been twenty years, but seeing him that day brought everything back.
‘Let’s play a game,’ he’d said.
She’d trusted him, but he had hurt her both physically and mentally, then laughed as she curled up in a ball and cowered in the corner.
Now there he was, dressed in his white coat, a doctor for real.
