It had taken a while to find that guitar would be his choice of expression.
Whatever his mood, feelings came out in his music, not just what he was playing, but how. It was as if the strings were an extension of his finger tips, an outlet for his mind and creativity.
He thought no-one else would understand, and was content to strum his way through life, bringing pleasure and smiles to those who listened, like some kind of pied piper with a plectrum.

One day, he heard music from a different set of strings, and pulling his guitar forward from his back, answered in kind.
A duet began.
It wasn’t a race or competition, just two souls finding joy and solace in music.
Nothing was written, yet as they played, they complimented each other as if the instruments had minds of their own.

Gradually, more joined forming a trio, quartet, quintet, until an entire orchestra existed.
All had their part of the Whole, no-one took centre stage or made demands.
As wandering minstrels, at peace with the world and each other, they simply played and spread their Love of Music.

About pensitivity101

Retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination, loves to cook, favourite food everything especially chocolate and jelly babies. Best friends are Hubby and Dog, Bro, MSM and our Dominoes Friend aka MOH (and his dog). Also a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! Due to a nightmare of a house sale in 2014, 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat until April 2017. We enjoyed swan and duck families for neighbours but times change and we are once again house hunting.
