Dessert Course: Weigh In Week One

Here we go with my third, and hopefully final course, towards reaching my target.
I am not hopeful for a loss this week, but will be happy for a ‘same’ as I have synned a little, fair bit  maybe a lot over the last seven days.
N went to an early weigh in and has lost another three pounds. She admitted though that she hadn’t had breakfast beforehand. Just one pound away from that five stone certificate. One pound. I’ve got everything crossed for her to get it by the end of the month/year.

SW Christmas Party or no Christmas Party, weigh in first before goodies.
Hubby has treated me to a cookie, but only if I’ve lost something.
I’ve treated myself to a peppermint flapjack, but only if I’ve lost something.
Apart from breakfast, a coffee and small treat with N at 11am, plus a pear and two cups of tea this afternoon, I haven’t had anything else.
beltIf nerves caused me to wobble like a conveyor belt, I’d lose pounds.
Actually, I tried one of these , but I’ll write about that tomorrow.
praying-smileySo, how did I do……………………………….

No shame,
No Gain,
I stayed
The Same.

It’s a good start (and the goodies were great, but I shared the cookie and peppermint flapjack with Hubby when we got home).

Best friends are Hubby and Dog, Bro, MSM and our Dominoes Friend aka MOH (and his dog). Also a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes!
