Three Days, Three Quotes: Final Day

challenge-quote-1Anyone who follows my blog knows I love dogs, but this quote (again I’m sorry I don’t know who said it) can refer to any pet.
Maggie was the best de-stress therapy ever when I was working. Just stroking her, I could feel the frustrations of the day slip away. Hopefully I won’t stroke her bald in the coming months!

Thank you Sue for including me in this challenge.
May I extend the same invitation to the following:
Sarah,
Colin and
Van

Rules of the challenge:

  1. Three quotes over three days.
  2. Three nominees each day (no repetition).
  3. Thank the person who nominated you.
  4. Inform the nominees.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

  1. Thanks for the nomination. It’s my favorite challenge. I’m honored and will get to it soon. ❤️ 💛 💙

  2. Sue Vincent says:

I’d go with that too 🙂

  3. My (now deceased) cat Jake got me through my cancer treatments. He would purr on my stomach and it was so calming. The funny thing is that once I was done and ok, he stopped doing it. Don’t tell me animals don’t know what’s going on.

  4. It is a great quotation!

Thanks for the nomination!! I said it on my blog as well – I am so far behind on my challenges!
