My penultimate weigh in before my current 12 weeks is up (the first meeting didn’t count).
Being so close to my stone and a half certificate, I’ve been trying to boost my loss as per their recommendations.
After the saga of the bagels last week where Hubby saved the day and ate them for me as they were eleven syns each (I only had the one, honest and that was completely nude, undressed, with no filling or garnish), it’s been a challenging effort.
I came unstuck this week with that quiche, which had an enormous 13½ syns, thus I over synned that day. ‘Oops’ doesn’t begin to cover it, but I put it behind me and in trying to redeem myself, reverted to salad and jacket potatoes and religiously checked anything I wasn’t sure of on the SW website Syns page.
Then yesterday, although careful and not exceeding my syns allowance, I had that sausage.
So, not wanting to get too excited over the guideline weigh in which showed a loss this morning, how did I do?
Did I shoot my success out of the boat with that banger?
Or did I get rewarded and certified?
N lost another three pounds (she is doing so well!) but C put on half a pound as she hasn’t been able to exercise because of her back problems.
Next week is crunch time. Can I do it?
Just half a pound to my club 10 certificate, denoting a loss of 10% of my body weight, but I want to lose another two pounds because then I hit the target I set myself when I started in June.
I’ve already signed up for another 12 weeks, and hope to lose another stone in that time. But that’s in the future.
I have seven days to make or break my promise to myself.
