For want of a better expression, I am not “regular.”
It has always been this way, and so for me this is normal.
However, there have been times when I have needed a little medicinal help, but sadly liquid aids or tasteless brown squares rarely work.
My food diary showed we lacked sufficient fruit and veg in our diet, so this has been addressed and I am still ‘normal’.
I discovered that dried apricots are ideal, though because (for me) they are moreish, they tend to overdo the job, plus in recent months they have doubled in price.
I was therefore looking for an alternative, and have now found the perfect laxative.
It has a double whammy as it is also an anti depressant, and I so like things to be practical and dual purpose.
A pack of 12 costs £1, and a dose of 3 is perfectly sufficient, so the cost is thus 25p per day.
I am talking my friends of CHOCOLATE BRAZILS.

In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too.

From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives.
We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
